As Executive Director for Mattagami First Nation I am in charge of day to day operations of management and administration for the community. I work under the direction of Chief and council.
Myself and the staff of Mattagami First Nation are dedicated to making sure that the administrative duties and services for our community are delivered efficiently and professionally.
It is our duty to perform our work for all our members both on and off reserve. There are over 400 registered members, 200 of whom live on reserve. The Administration Office provides various services for them, and acts as a municipal government body for the First Nation.
Our annual audit is tentatively scheduled for June. All band members are welcome to visit the office to receive a copy of the annual audits as they become available.
